Rentacourt.net is a marketplace run by PGF G.K. (“The Company”) that allows tennis court owners to put their courts for rent to potential players. The marketplace has a function section where players can look for courts on their desired location and book them directly, based on the availability given by the court owners. 

The users of this system are divided into the court owners (“schools”) and the users of these courts (“players”).

The services offered by rentacourt.net are as follows: 
– Search and booking of tennis courts
– Payment of the bookings
– Communication between schools and players regarding their bookings and/or other related matters
– Publication of articles and blog posts by PGF G.K., the schools or the players

PGF G.K. is continuously working on increasing the number of services offered and will be updating the site in accordance to the development of new services. Rentacourt.net nor PGF G.K. are not obliged to inform the users of every single update of the system.

In order to use the system, both schools and players need to agree to these terms and create an account and validate it through their email address. 

The comments and the information uploaded to this website (both on the school side and the player side) are of entire responsibility of the person who publish them and rentacourt.net nor PGF G.K. are excluded of any responsibility on the result of this information. 

– These Terms are the conditions for the use of the Service and the relationship between the Company and the Customer regarding the use of the Service.
– Minors can use the system only after obtaining the consent of a legal representative such as a person with parental authority.

Regarding accounts creation and information usage

– The information provided to the system will be used exclusively for purposes of the system and will not be sold to other external companies. 
– Users agree for the schools and for The Company to communicate with them using the communication tools they provide to the system. 
– Users are fully responsible for managing the information they have provided as well as to keep their passwords and other personal information secure. 
– Users can request a deletion of their account and their data at any time. 
– Any misuse of the system, fraud or other actions that might cause problems will result in the immediate account suspension or deletion from rentacourt.net.

Regarding privacy and behavior

– The Company will protect the personal information of the users at all times. 
– Schools are requested not to share any information of their players. 
– The users are requested not to share any information of other players.
– School and players commit to act in a moral way. However, any action that goes against the law or results in any harm to a third party, will be of the entire responsibility of who made that action. 
– Rentacourt.net is committed to create a safe environment and by such, we will not allow any member to be part of anti-social groups, or being involved in violent or terrorist actions, any type of discrimination, harassment, or any active political activities. 

Regarding what is necessary to use this system

– Schools will need a terminal (PC or Tablet) with internet connection. 
– Players need a terminal (PC, Tablet or Smartphone) with internet connection. 

Regarding Advertisement
– The Company will advertise the system on internet platforms (search engines, social media, etc.) and other media. This will come at the expense of the Company and users will not be charged separately. 
– In the future, there will be a function where schools will be able to advertise within the site. The cost of advertisement within rentacourt.net will be at the expense of the school owners. 

Regarding Disputes
– If a mistake (double booking, error in the time, etc.) is made due to the school’s responsibility, The Company has no responsibility in the matter and this will have to be resolved between the school and the player. 
– If there is any misinformation on the the school or player profile, it will be of the entire responsibility of whoever uploaded that information and The Company shall bear no responsibility.
– If there are any physical or material damages between the schools and the players, this will have to be resolved between the involved parties, and The Company will not interfere in the matter.
